Merging Western and Asian influences, he is acclaimed for his works that incorporate traditional Filipino details with the universal language of modern architecture. With Cecilia he authored the coffee-table book “Oriental Ceramics Discovered in the Philippines” in Ten years later Nicholas Polites, an American writer-architect, published a book entitled “The Architecture of Leandro V.
